Team Plus

Ages: 8 year olds to 10 year olds

Team graduates that meet the minimum requirement of being able to swim 50 yards freestyle & backstroke; 25 yards breaststroke & butterfly, and 100 yards IM. Refinement of all strokes, starts, turns, & finishes. Team Plus practice meets 2 days per week.

During the Summer Session our coaching staff will accompany Team Plus swimmers to compete in 3 USS novice swim meets and three days at the summer swim championship meet.
