Justin Bluhm

Justin was brought up around water in California. He swam competitively in elementary school years into his first year of college. He also competed in track from high school through college. In 1992, he began lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons in southern California. Since 1996, Justin’s aquatic career has included lifeguarding and training lifeguards at pools, oceans, waterparks, and Lake Tahoe; coaching elementary and high school swim teams; and being the aquatics director in Lahanton, Truckee, and Incline Village. Since 2008 he has been coaching, instructing, and the facility manager at Little One’s Swim.
